Hello Group,

After reading many shares on the Alt GR topic, having an Alt GR for our group sounds promising.   Have another position besides the alt GR, i.e. CM may be difficult since we have trouble getting the regular positions filled.    That was also my thought reducing the Chair position time to 3 months vs 6 months because we may get more participation.   However, it sounds like we have enough volunteers.

Also, I remembered through reading a share, I was on the area Board a number of years back and that position was 2 years.   The experience really helped me grow and we were able to fill the position after my turn was over.
