Hi Business Pals,
First and foremost, I want to thank Anne for your personal time that
obviously has been spent in this huge endeavor.  It's apparent this work
was not accomplished in a short meeting.  I think your Service shows great
respect for our program.

Your comment 'it's not perfect but it's a start" immediately makes me think
"Progress not Perfection" and "Every journey begins with the first step."
Al-Anon at work.

1/  In regard to mixing the groups so that they contain those with GRs and
those without sounds like a good method to avoid Domination.

2/ Using meeting start times for groupings seems logical since they are
already somewhat 'grouped.'

3/ Using KBDM (consensus) reassures me that every voice was heard as
options and opinions were shared.

4/  I don't know if it applies, but I know I have seen entries on FB that
have been in a foreign language with an option to select "translation" and
it is then shown in English.  I don't know if that technology can be
applied in this case.
