Thanks Lynne!
I would like to reinforce the understanding that Anne, as our Group
Representative, represents ASP in the GEA and our District - whatever that
winds up being. She is not a puppet that we get to tell what to do and say
at Area and District meetings and Assemblies.
We do have a few days left in our discussion to inform Anne about our
perspectives on the issues - both as individuals and as Anne's perception of
a consensus. A consensus is not a group conscience.
Love and SERENITY,
Steve

Subject: [Businessmtg] Districting discussion
Hi everyone,
Just to clarify a couple things.
This is the only topic for the rest of the month. There is no rush to stop
discussion.
And we are not voting as a Business Meeting on whether or not to approve the
district task force recommendations.
Anne will vote in the Area Assembly as our group representative. This
discussion will inform her vote, but at the end of the day, she will vote
her conscience as our trusted servant.
The Area Assembly is on January 20th. After that date, our discussion will
probably change to the outcome of the Area district vote and what that means
going forward, if known, as well as anything else discussed at the Assembly.
I know this is a LOT of information, and on a topic that some of us have
never had much experience with, which is why we are devoting the entire
meeting to this.
Hugs,
Lynne
