Steve's points are valid. I have, however, seen use of the service
structure, when there has been contention on issues, work well. Having a
district rep attend a business meeting, to  be available to help with
points of contention, helped a F2F on zoom during COVID, vote on returning
to F2F. Being  in the minority in that group, it helped us to be heard, as
there were dominant vocal members. It helped those wanting a zoom option to
continue, start an additional meeting as we could see there was enough
support for both.  In the end many if the F2F members utilized the zoom
when they could not go in person.

Sounds like we may not be there yet.  I trust Anne and Steve to decide when
the time is right.
