[Businessmtg] Question for applicants

Hi all, I'm resending this since it may have gone to spam the first time so
some of you may not have seen it.

"Hi biz-pals,

I would like to thank all the applicants who submitted a resumes. It makes
my heart happy to see so many volunteers!

Because we often experience the most program growth from the biggest
challenges, I would like to ask each of the applicants what they feel might
be the biggest challenge in their role, and which Al-Anon tool, Step,
Tradition or Slogan they would employ to overcome that.

My personal example as it applies to attending ASP business meetings: I
fear speaking up in meetings. I am always afraid I will say the 'wrong'
thing and be judged, reprimanded, or ridiculed. I face this by applying
Concepts 4 and 5. They tell me that every voice counts, that the group's
health is strengthened when I participate, and that Al-Anon is a safe place
to gain confidence in speaking of my personal ESH and ideas.
