[Businessmtg] Archives

Hi Beth,

I think that technically would be possible - to delete the archives and start a fresh one on a periodic basis. However, I would be very hesitant to add that responsibility to the List Administrator. I’d like to hear other previous List Administrator’s experience and opinions as well. But it is so hard to find people to serve in this position. Adding another responsibility does not make it more sustainable.

Hugs,
Lynne

That way the SC has information available, should they need it and the shares from years past are removed. I understand this will be a manual and not programmed dump and added work for the person responsible.

Especially when you think all the inboxes it goes to and the small percentage of those that are actually actively participating in ASP. The member archive is password protected and may or may not have more firewalls than the average home computer.
