[Businessmtg] Other ways the archives are used

Good morning, Lynne,  It is good to know that people use the archives to access the meeting. Ideally ASP is accessed by using email, so perhaps those members have some technical challenges? If we decide to delete the archive, I would propose giving 30-90 days notice to all members that the archive will be deleted and that ASP will no longer maintain an archive so they can be sure to access email.  Please excuse my lack of knowledge, I may not fully understand the technical aspect behind why a member could only access the archive and not receive the regular ASP emails.

But other ways people use the archives aren’t receiving as much attention or consideration. 

There are members who access the meeting through the archives on a daily basis. What would the business meeting propose for them?
