[Businessmtg] Other ways the archives are used

I really appreciate the concern and troubleshooting about the steering committee access to the archives. 

But other ways people use the archives aren’t receiving as much attention or consideration. 

There are members who access the meeting through the archives on a daily basis. What would the business meeting propose for them?
