Our meeting is private and password protected. From what I’ve read, it appears ASP's archives are more secure than our daily shares since daily shares are ‘released into the wild’ to hundreds of members and their respective email service providers who have free will to do whatever with them.

For this reason, I’m ok with archives remaining the way they are. 

If our archives do remain 'as is', I suggest adding a privacy/security statement to the beginner's page highlighting the major points made here by our trusted servant Steve and others, such as the voluntary aspect of sharing, no personal data is collected, etc etc, including a (redundant but convenient) link to archives. This privacy/security statement could serve as a resource for all members. (Unless this privacy/security info exists somewhere on the site already?)
