[Businessmtg] Discussion re Archives

Hi everyone.
Good information for me to read. Thank you everyone for your OP and to
Lynne for organizing this meeting and agenda.
I feel that business meeting info should be archived and nothing else.  If
we are savvy enough to type into a device to respond to our inbox,  we have
the ways and means of saving what is important to us.  Keep what you like
and leave the rest is and was very important to me when I came here. I have
never used the archives but I have sought individual clarification from
business meeting members when I had questions.
In an anonymous fellowship, I also feel there is no justifiable reason to
keep an archive in a data base, because members may (or likely not) want to
find a specific share, made perhaps years ago.
Thanks for this opportunity to state my thoughts.
