[Businessmtg] New Newcomer page draft

Hello everyone,

I like the draft version of the page.    I only have a few questions or statements listed below.

Will the Newcomers & Beginners to Al-Anon<https://asp-afg.org/newcomers-beginners-to-al-anon/> link be deleted if we start using the Draft version?

  2.
On the draft page in the below paragraph, wouldn’t it be the sidebar on the right hand side?

Books
There are a number of books in Al-Anon that member find useful. They describe how the Program works through sharing member stories, the history of Al-Anon, and providing space to do deep dives into Steps, Traditions, and Concepts Work. Some of the favorites include “How Al-Anon Works” and “Paths to Recovery” as well as several daily readers starting with Al-Anon’s original “One Day at a Time”, followed by “Courage to Change” and others. I have heard the welcome message before at other meetings.    Overall, I like it.

Hi folks,



Sorry for the delay; my Tuesday was booked solid so I just got a chance to
get to this.



The gist of it is that I ran across a Newcomer page somewhere, and thought
it was both (a) quite good, and (b) had numerous problems.  So, I started a
draft with a rough copy of that page, then made numerous corrections and
changes to better suit ASP.
