Dear Business Meeting Members. 
 The last two times the topic of keeping archived member shares was discussed, I’ve written extensively about my concerns. My mind has not changed. Others as well have gone into detail about why archiving individual members’ shares goes against Al-Anon principles. I don’t plan to write extensively again on the topic. So I will just say that I have been, continue to be, and will continue into the future to be absolutely opposed to archiving members’ shares. I believe that the decades of archived member shares should all be deleted and that the “do not archive” button on the server should be clicked.
