[Businessmtg] Archives

Hello all,

I also have been reading the shares on the topic of Archives and went into the previous business meeting notes. Previously, a time frame of deleting the shares was a question and we came to find out that is not an option. I understand, delete them all or keep them are the only options.

So, I have been thinking about this, and as Jerry mentioned, a compromise would be to provide achieve access to a limited number of ASP officers for official use and prevent any archive access by general ASP members. However, can this be done? Or, is there another way for the List Administrator to obtain the data necessary to report at meetings?

Personally, I have not ever accessed the ASP general share archives, only the business meetings archives.

I am leaning for a compromise or finding another way for the list administrator to get the data, if that is doable. If neither of these can be done, I am for deleting the ASP general share archives and keeping the business meeting archives.

Another note, this motion was disapproved back in 2019, and maybe there will be another disapproval? Just a question or thought.

Thank you,
Kathleen H
