[Businessmtg] ASP - Archives

Biz-Pals,

Linda comment (below) is correct. The vast majority of Business Meeting members who bothered to vote on motion #19 were in favor of deleting archives:

14 voted for deleting archives
  3 voted to keep them
  0 abstentions
  5 did not vote

ASP counts these non-voters as voters even though our policy is "2/3 of VOTING members are required to pass." [emphasis added] Just saying it failed doesn't fairly reflect this past Business Meeting's clear preference.

Please vote. Otherwise a few people on vacation or just not paying attention will skew the outcome again.

Hi Business Friends,

Someone mentioned the issue of deleting archives was voted against a few
years ago. I believe that is not correct. I think the most members voted
to delete the archives but a couple who did not vote at all caused it to
not take effect.
I have not checked Business Meeting Archives as I don't know the dates

Thank you, Linda
