Hi Business Friends,

This is the point where I get totally confused with what/ how is next.  No
matter how many times I read, I don't understand the procedure or process
or differences between polling, consensus,  motion.  It seems to me that
this place always becomes the graveyard.

 Hopefully,  someone has the patience to help me understand?
