Hi Business Friends,
This is the phase of the meeting that totally confuses me.  Since we aren't
allowed to make a motion at this time, it seems to me we are continuing to
rehash what has already been discussed at length numerous times.
But,

In attempting to understand formulating a motion, I would reiterate I have
become even more convinced that the archives should be deleted with no
exceptions or special passwords for specific positions.
The Steering Committee, with their experience and wisdom will be able to
define a way to carry out their service to the group.
