I find myself in favor of completely eliminating the recovery meeting archives based on all the conversations thus far.  The program principle of anonymity is my strongest reason. The idea of Dominance as an obstacle to success in Al-Anon also weighs strongly.

          Dominance: Our leaders are trusted servants; they do not govern.
          No member of Al‑Anon should direct, assume authority or give advice.
          Our program is based on suggestion, interchange of experience, and
          rotation of leadership. We progress in our own way and pace. Any attempt
          to manage or direct is likely to have disastrous consequences for group harmony.

Regarding uncomfortable interactions between members - in f2f meetings, there is no provision for a meeting to resolve such issues. It is up to the individual to work their own program and find a way to maintain their serenity.  Three A's.

I appreciate everyone's thoughts and input toward resolving this issue.
