Hi business pals-

Seems like this topic needs put to bed.

Keep the emails.
Don't keep them.

I honestly cannot fathom WHY we'd keep 100s or even 1000s and more of back logged emails from all over. From all time.

Sounds like a waste of server space.

As many, myself included, seem to think here:
stop holding onto
historical baggage, ergo Get rid of old emails.

A newcomer can find myriad ways to get help in the present topics, which repeat over and over.
(Al-Anon is repetitive.  Imo, that's why it works.)

There's rarely anything brand new nobody has talked about, given ESH on or experienced!

And old stuff, old topics, always surface at some point, and sometimes with fresh ESH, sometimes same Ole same Ole.

I hope our server isn't bogged down with archived emails.
Because it feels like a waste of tech space, to me.
