[Businessmtg] A note from the Business Meeting Secretary/Facilitator - procedural update

Hi again folks.... third time emailing on this topic and time for some humble pie.... my first time chairing a BM that has such an important topic.  I need to correct the details here.  Bear with me as I continue to learn and grow.  Circling back to the published outline of how we conduct business using KBDM, I amend my previous email.

Please note the following:

KBDM: Motions are developed by consensus after thorough discussion.  When agreement is reached on a point of the issue, the Chair (me) will post a note to the meeting stating the point and the nature of the agreement reached - the consensus.
We now move to the next phase per Robert's Rules where we seek a motion that contains the points of the consensus noted by me, the Chair.  You, the group now get to word smith the motion, but not the consensus.

Soooo with that said,

We have a consensus, and we have now moved on to Roberts Rules.  A motion can be made by a business meeting member that contains the points of the consensus below.  

Archiving Member Shares - the server will continue to archive shares of ASP’s recovery meeting, however

*	Members will not have access to the recovery meeting archives.
*	The Founders and current List Administrator and other active members of the Steering Committee will have access to the recovery meeting archives for their assigned administrative duties and business purposes
