[Businessmtg] Minority opinion comment:

Thank you for your patience as this is the first time I am contributing in
this manner. I am learning and growing also.

This is my minority opinion. I do not agree at all with this consensus.
I believe that this consensus does not qualify as a consensus because it is
all based on reactions to fear of losing anonymity related to email
exposure. Feelings are not facts. That aspect was discussed thoroughly by
myself and another member. Email is out there it is the technological
climate we live with/ in.

I just reread one share and the person stated that “I don’t think we
should retain any archives.” This statement is without any concrete
explanation as to why to delete them. Just get rid of them. I don’t
think this is an acceptable reason to remove an important resource and a
useful part of the memory of this unique email group.

IMHO, emails with vague ‘I do not think the archives are necessary’…….are
not fact based. They are not costing us time, money or management and they
are useful to members and SC alike…..and it is password protected.

When I go to my sponsor with a community issue I am faced with doing an
inventory for my part and coming up with a way to make myself comfortable.
Why shouldn’t other folks be responsible for their fears??? That’s a big
part of what program is all about.

Thank you for your time and patience in this matter.
