Thank you Anne for leading this discussion! We are all learning with you and I really appreciate your leadership! 

I would like us to consider adding an effective date to this motion so that Tammy can deal with any members who use the archives to access the shares. Maybe have this motion be effective on September 1st or October 1st? 

Also, I agree with Margaret that the SC could/should update the members website to more clearly indicate that there is an archive and that it is used for business purposes by the SC. 

I’m never sure of Roberts Rules and I’m not going with wording. So throwing both of these out there to see what is possible.
