Hi folks,

 

The Chair has declared that we have a consensus.  For better or worse, it is
a matter of fact that a consensus does not points that did not gain
sufficient traction during the discussion phase to warrant inclusion in the
consensus.  In other words, the consensus includes the points noted by the
Chair and nothing else.  Further discussion on the issue is out of order.

 

The only issue on the floor at this time is the wording of the motion made
by Marilyn and seconded by Tammy.
