Hi folks.  The information brought to light by Jerry and Steve is
interesting.  Thank you.

So, according to motion #22 the full membership is not included in the
process of removing the full membership access to archives.  This can be
done without their knowledge or consent…..

motion #22 says “ changes to ASP policies require a 2/3 majority of
subscribed membership of business committee “ and also that “ the secretary
may impose 2/3 majority requirement on any significant or controversial
issue. “

Question:   Does the secretary have a part or choice or responsibility in
including or not including the entire ASP community in this vote since this
motion/vote involves everyone in the community?  Or do they just stick to
the BM members?
