[Businessmtg] Newcomers page

I think that the newcomers page is done tastefully and that it is easy to
read and understand.  I find that some of our documents sometimes are too
wordy, but this to me appears to be "to the point".

I think it will answer many questions that the newcomers have. I for one
would have liked this information at my fingertips when I first came to
Al-Anon.
