[ASP List Administrator]

Hello and happy spring!

This is the ASP List Administrator quarterly report for January 2026 
through March 2026.

As of March 31, 2026, our membership count stands at 302, which is 4 
greater than my last report. This indicates slight growth, though we 
have been hovering between high two hundreds and low three hundreds for 
a long time now.

The average daily share numbers for the last three quarters are below:

Jan-Mar 2026: 32 (Jan=35, Feb=31, Mar=31)

Oct-Dec 2025: 32

Jul-Sep 2025: 34.5

In my last report I shared that for an unknown reason, daily share 
numbers had dropped from the summer of 2025, which had an average of 38 
shares. It seems these numbers have balanced themselves at just over 30. 
This means that approximately 10% of our membership is participating 
daily in the group meeting. This number only includes shares to the 
group and not messages that are being sent to individuals.

In other news, our campaign to recruit volunteer applicants for the 
steering committee has gone well. We had 5 applicants for 
member-at-large and 1 for the greeter chair position. Two of the 
member-at-large applicants did not meet minimum qualifications, so those 
members were encouraged to reapply after more time and service in ASP.  
We will be electing trusted servants from the remaining applicants at 
this business meeting and will continue our quest to find an elected 
Secretary. Currently this position is being filled ad-hoc by one of our 
founders (Anne).
