Thanks, Steve, for doing the math 👍.

I strongly encourage passing the basket bi-monthly and adding one more means of making donations (what's the most commonly used one?)

I also support raising our PR because of the cost of banking savings.

The language of our current motion regarding the calculation of our PR level ("one year's expenses") doesn't allow us to simply change it to $2,000. The added annual banking expenses, $180, calculate to a new PR amount of $1,780, not $2,000.

Who do we want to have the money??
~ The bank @ $180 per year, or
~ ASP with an extra $220 above our permitted PR level in our PR account??

There are a discussions to be had:
~ Tweaking the current motion's language to permit this sort of non-expense change?
~ Paying the bank's cost of $180 per year OR perpetually holding an extra $220 above our currently permitted PR level?

Keeping our money in our hands seems the wisest, but our current PR motion doesn't seem to permit arbitrary changes, just expense amount changes.

We need to tweak the current PR Motion 1st, then reset its level according to any new language.
