I'm in favor of increasing the prudent reserve to reflect rising costs and to avoid bank fees.

I'm in favor of passing the basket more frequently.   I support the idea of attaching a basket request to one meeting each week. Friday seems like a logical choice. "We have no dues or fees, but we do have expenses."  Then list the ways that one can donate.   This would be in keeping with time honored practices in f2f meetings and relieves the treasurer of needing to post repeatedly.   I would suggest a regular statement, bimonthly or quarterly from the treasurer directly to the group meeting, updating our current financial situation and reminding members that their donations are necessary and are being used wisely.

I'm in favor of adding one more donation platform, if at all possible.  From my limited experience, Venmo seems to be the most logical but I would leave that decision to the treasurer and steering committee.
