Hi Mary,

Not necessarily a bad idea. However, ASP hasn't had any travel expenses in the past, that is a category that I have long believed could be a legitimate expense for some of our leadership.

In the meantime, your suggestion got me to thinking . . .

As I mentioned, ASP does need to make some changes regarding our incorporation. It is highly likely that will have a financial cost. Naturally, it would be best if we budgeted for that, however I don't see that happening before the end of this Business Meeting. Besides, we don't have any figures to base a budget on either. Yet, I do envision us actually making those necessary decisions and incurring those necessary expenses before the next Business Meeting. More shall be revealed.

Which means that we may have more to report on in coming Business Meetings.

Love and SERENITY,
Steve

I’d suggest thinking about increasing the travel and reimbursement category. I’m not recommending heavily padding but these are areas where expenses are often greater than expected. Mary
