Biz-Pals,
Some Al-Anon meetings, says the Service Manual, elect to set an annual budget which is usually based on the next year's projections. We at ASP set our Prudent Reserve based on past or current year figures and do not budget.
I believe it may be completely legitimate practice for ASP to create an official Budget based on expected future expenses. Following that our line item for Prudent Reserve could be set at any reasonable amount we would determine.
Could changing our thinking toward budgeting our finances for future expenses instead of the simple accounting method we use now work better for us, and, incidentally, resolve the math discussion we're having re: meeting the minimum bank balance of $2,000 which contradicts our current PR Motion?
