Further to he previous discussion I still am very unclear why we would be donating any fund to OLA? - to me this seems to be a outside entity - I am prepared to make a motion that all funds above our prudent reserve be forwarded to WSO - 

Secondly - I am feeling that the agenda is slanted with pressure being put on us to 

a) donate to OLA 
b) send someone to the International Convention which from what I understand does not have any set up for on-line meetings - if there is nothing specific set up then what would sending someone there accomplish? I am feeling that the whole purpose of this is that someone wants a free trip to Pittsburgh.
