While I’m not quite sure what to do with the extra money we receive, I do have an idea as to what to do for newcomers.  I believe that we could create a set of emails much like the welcome letters and that instead of having the greeter be responsible that a new volunteer position or committee could be open to develop and send out those emails.  It could be possibly a monthly service/series that we announce in the welcome letter or in the meeting.
