[Businessmtg] Disbursement of Funds

I know there's a seconded motion on the floor. But I'm not sure if we've heard from everybody on this topic. KBDM makes great value for everyone's input before voting. And perhaps this gets to the core of where we are because of what I'm observing as "railroading of decisions." In KBDM, solutions or motions are not brought up until everyone has been heard. I, for one, need time to mull over the discussions before I chime in. (We really need to face the dominance phenomenon in this group). 

My take on the Prudent Reserve is that we should honor our commitment to WSO even if the decision was make 10,000 years ago. It's a matter of justice. WSO, in my opinion, is the voiceless part of this discussion although, as someone already quoted from the Literature, they have the right to the excess fund from the PR. 

The issues that had been brought up such as an online meeting after the meeting, new comers packet, updated website (thanks to Raine for tackling that one), dominance etc., I will wait at the appropriate time to have my say.
