Biz-Pals, 

  

I believe it is the Chairperson's Role to state 

when it is time to formulate a motion under KBDM. 

I call on the chair to do so in that we are about 

to close the Business Meeting here in a few days, 

or, failing that, to announce an extension to this 

month's meeting so we can perhaps finish with this 

topic after so many years of trying.
