Dear Business Meeting folks,

I am learning more about the KBDM process, and I offer these quotes:

"It is important to note is that 'the KBDM process is very time consuming'.  It 
is not unusual for an issue to remain unresolved after one session of the 
Business Meeting.  It is possible that many sessions may be required to develop 
a true consensus and agree to the various points that are key to the consensus."

In the KBDM process, we don't have motions.  We wait for a consensus.  Although 
we have heard quite a lot from some people, others haven't shared, but plan to 
respond to many of the different comments.  

The meeting will close at the end of February, however much we regret not 
reaching a consensus.
