In two months we will have another business meeting and we will have to
start this whole discussion over again from the beginning since there will be new members in attendance, who may or may not read our past discussions in archives. Those of us who return may have to read all the back shares again as well, to refresh our minds after a two month break.

 

 

I think it is a disgrace to
keep holding back donations that we have already promised to WSO.  It doesn't read HONESTY at all. It seems to me that we could be out of order
in the first place by being made to vote on something that has already been voted on and passed.  Why would there be any need for
discussion on this anyway?  It is done...passed!

 

Having a discussion on our prudent
reserve and the newcomer packets could be discussed and voted on at our next
business meeting but in my opinion, we need to execute today what we have already
voted on 5 years ago.   Jerry, you were the Treasurer, during this time; I am curious ...I believe you said you were reprimanded the first time, but why did you not continue to send the contributions  WSO after the motion passed?  also, is our account set up where there has to be two signatures on the check?

 

Why is this so
difficult for everyone???  Why not send WSO what we agreed to send them and then work on
amending the amount of future donations at our next business meeting?  If you
agree would you please send a note to the meeting with a simple YES, so we can
get this part of the problem over with at this meeting. Thanks.
