The software that is used is Web Expressions. It is a download with a
product license key.

On a monthly basis, the financial information is updated after the
Treasurer (Melanie H) reconciles the monthly bank statement, and the basket
is passed.  This update takes less than 15 minutes. (once orientated)

As service positions rotate, Daily Chairpersons (twice a year) and Greeters
(yearly?  don't quote me here), those updates need to be made.  The
Webmaster also sets up the voting polls as we elect new service positions.
After Business Meetings, (every other month), the agenda is posted on the
site. Other site updates are sporadic based on need for updated resource or
information.

In general, I would say I spent less than an hour per week total doing
updates on the site, once I became acclimated to the site. There were weeks
where all I needed to do was check the webmaster email for any inquiries.
 However, in the first 30-60 days, depending on skill level, the time will
be slightly more, for the sake of learning the site, and doing some basic
clean up of broken links and other misc. updates.

Since our group is largely functioning via email, the website is not a huge
undertaking of time, it is basic maintenance.
