Yes. This item is controversial it has also been discussed at a previous Business Meeting. Pease see the archives.

When an item not on the agenda is added then the meeting has to be reopened to the recovery membership according to the “rules”.
I note that this additional item was posted to the general membership on October 9, 2017.
I do not know any of the additional members personally.
We now have a seconder to the motion. The motion is on the floor. Discussion is only on the motion.
