When an item not on the agenda is added then the meeting has to be reopened to the recovery membership according to the “rules”.  

I note that this additional item was posted to the general membership on October 9, 2017. 

I do not know any of the additional members personally. 

We now have a seconder to the motion. The motion is on the floor.  Discussion is only on the motion.
