Good evening Jerry and everyone.

I would like to remind everyone to please read motion #4.

The SC carries out ASP policies and practices.  But the *changing *of
policy is the soul responsibility of the BM members.

No one individual has the authority and or right to change practice and or
policy.

Regarding the FAQ page:  this page as it is written, does not create
policy. It is an admin page to answer FAQ.

And unless a request for an agenda item is submitted to the SC by a BM
member and gets approved and is on the BM agenda, and is presented by the
member submitting the request, there will not be a GC or voting process.
