Responding to Cathy A.'s email:

First:
The WSO has informed me that our Letter of Permission to quote CAL is renewed automatically, but they are often behind in getting these letters out. Our 2019 letter has not arrived as yet.

Second:
Cathy is correct. I've stressed this to the daily chairs in the past multiple times and will do it again.

Third:
Same as above.

Lastly:
I disagree that there is no need for discussion. It is the responsibility of the ASP secretary to interact with the daily chairs on matters such as these. The Business Meeting, having failed to provide qualified candidates for this vacant office, has forced these duties, along with Business Meeting chairmanship upon the List Administrator. The LA's plate is plenty full without this added work in addition to having a personal life and its responsibilities. A continued discussion of healthy, shared service responsibilities is of the utmost importance for ASP.

AFG only allows up to One paragraph in quotes with the correct Citing.

not exceed one paragraph in length, per individual, per meeting. Members
may quote less than one paragraph; however, the excerpts from several
paragraphs cannot be linked to create the equivalent of a paragraph."
   (see second paragraph of the letter.)

Third:
I do not see any of the Chair people Citing correctly.
This is the cite we must use.
This is on page 2 of the letter.

These requirements must be adhered to or we may lose being allowed to use
CAL.
If we cannot use CAL, then I feel this is not an Al-Anon meeting.

All members of Al-Anon in an online meeting, when quoting CAL must use this
cite.
