I've seen many people saying that it's not necessary to share the 
responsibility of LA, since Steve doesn't have a problem wearing many 
hats. I would like to remind everybody of this e-mail from November 4th:

> We have two significant service vacancies at ASP.

> ASP Secretary
Whatever decision we make needs to be made keeping in mind that Steve 
has indicated he is ready to stop wearing those hats. It may be time to 
figure out how to make the job of LA easier for the next person who 
volunteers. Just my .02.
