Hello all, I like all the points that Jerry made and I am concerned that
Steve's plate is too full, especially since he is not only the acting LA,
but also the acting secretary. While I signed up for the business meeting
prior to this one, I must have fallen through the cracks somehow because I
didn't receive any of the posts.

To help relieve the load, I like the idea of breaking up the LA duties
between what can be done by volunteers and what is technical. Possibly
hiring an IT person to do the technical work would be a benefit. Also we
should be actively looking for a person to fill the secretaries position.

As far as I can tell, all of the daily functions that are performed by the
chairs and greeters on a daily basis (which the majority of the members
see) are being performed well.
