[Businessmtg] Chair requirements

Hello all,
I have been reading all the posts for this business meeting and thinking
about it all.
I feel the Secretary should have the discretion to make the decision about
whether a person with under 6 months in ASP could fill the position.
I also feel that a 4 month term may open more people up to serving. This
may not be the topic however it is relevant.
