[Businessmtg] Secretary and Web master positions

Hi,

I am one of the people who was concerned about the possibility that the
Secretary could be overwhelmed by the technical aspects of webmaster
position, and I feel that my concerns were adequately addressed by adding a
recording secretary position.

I am in favor of rolling the webmaster position into the secretary
position, and having a new position of recording secretary who is appointed
by and answers to the secretary.
