Adjustment of the ledger to match the actual amount in the bank sounds
reasonable since your have made every possible effort to reconcile the
numbers. We're all human and mistakes happen.

Other than incorporation to eliminate the burden for the Treasurer to
submit their personal details to the bank, does the SC have other insight
as to keeping the Treasurer position filled?
