Good day everyone. Thanks to Sheila and Steve and ALL those who work so
diligently with the finances and associated reporting of this meeting. A
Big job to collate.

I agree that we should raise our prudent reserve due to increase costs and
also to save monthly fees. I also think that it might be an idea to
consider listing the T7 statement in each week's meetings... if we could
pick a day, I might suggest Friday. In addition the treasurer could
perhaps set a monthly email.
The electronic part of the contributions is a bit tricky between
countries, IMO. I am more likely to send cash in the mail which I have
done (but not recently, I admit) because where I bank is small and not all
the same options as big banks. I will speak to all of my Credit Unions
this week to ask about PayPal. It has its uses and yes, has been around
for awhile and may well be outdated . Strange how things get outdated
before you even try them.... I am old and have skepticism regarding e-funds.

So My OP is to increase PR, pass the basket more often especially as our
Membership contains new members often, who like the fact that there are no
dues nor fees, however we cannot operate for free. This is a unique
meeting because its daily, with different topics, at an open time
schedule. This is not a commodity but it is quite valuable. How to word
this in an integrated script, I am not sure.
Thanks to all who have commented and I will be getting my cash in the mail
soon, if I cannot get help with the PayPal across the border thing.
Ideally as was said, a monthly debit for T7 is the answer for me also.
If anyone uses PayPal from a credit union to a different currency, I would
be glad to hear from you.
In my other groups I donate directly to WSO listing my Zoom group, because
their funds are Euros . I realize this doesn't help their prudent reserve
tho.
/E
